Called

How it works

A claim, then a record.

Called is a public tape. You write down what you think will happen, the market grades it, and the result stays attached to your wallet. Here is exactly how each part works.

01 · Posting

Say it plainly.

A call has four parts: an asset, a direction (above or below), a price level and an expiry. The composer reads like a sentence so there is nothing to misread later. The current price is stamped on the call when you post it.

  • • The level must sit on the far side of the current price, otherwise it would already be true.
  • • Expiry must be at least 10 minutes out and at most a year.
  • • Posting needs no capital, no token and no transaction. Only a signed-in wallet.
  • • Limit: 10 calls per hour.

02 · Backing

Put your name next to theirs.

Two ways to back a call. An upvote is a quiet nod. A buy-through is louder: your name appears on the card beside the author's, and you share in the points if it plays out. Both are points-only actions; nothing is bought and no money moves.

  • • One upvote and one buy-through per wallet per call. You can take either back while the call is live.
  • • You cannot back your own call, or calls from a wallet an admin has linked to yours.
  • • Limits: 30 buy-throughs per hour, 120 upvotes per hour.

03 · Resolution

The market grades it.

A job runs every minute and checks each live call against its price feed. If the price touches or trades through the level at or before expiry, the call is marked played out. If expiry passes first, it is marked missed and nobody earns anything.

The price, the source and the timestamp that triggered the decision are saved on the call and shown on the card as proof. Where the feed allows, we also check the high and low between checks so a brief wick still counts.

Crypto

Binance spot, USDT pairs. CoinGecko as fallback.

TradFi

Yahoo Finance. Stocks, ETFs, gold and oil futures.

Memecoins

CoinGecko. Price is the aggregated USD quote.

04 · Points

Who gets what.

Points are awarded only when a call plays out. A missed call awards zero to everyone. Every award is a row in a ledger, so your balance is always the sum of its history.
Author, per upvote+2
Author, per buy-through+5
Each buy-through backer+3

05 · Payouts

Manual, on purpose.

Called never holds or sends funds. Periodically an admin sets a points-to-token rate and the payout token, exports unpaid balances, sends the tokens from their own wallet and pastes each transaction signature back in. Your profile then shows the amount paid with a link to the transaction on Solscan.

Payouts are discretionary and not guaranteed. Think of points first as a record of who was right, and of payouts as a thank-you that may follow.

FAQ

Still curious?

Does connecting my wallet cost anything or put my funds at risk?

No. Signing in means signing one plain-text message that says, in so many words, that it does not authorize any transaction. Receipts never requests a transaction, token approval or delegation, and the code is tested to make sure it cannot.

What counts as "played out"?

A call plays out if the price touches or trades through your level at any point before the expiry you set. We check every minute and also look at the high/low between checks where the feed allows it. If expiry passes first, the call is missed.

Where do prices come from?

Crypto uses Binance spot (USDT pairs) with CoinGecko as a fallback, memecoins use CoinGecko, and stocks, ETFs and commodities use Yahoo Finance. The exact price, source and timestamp that resolved a call are stored and shown on the card.

What is a buy-through?

It is an endorsement with your name on it. Your name appears next to the author's on the call, and if it plays out you earn 3 points while the author earns 5. No money changes hands and nothing is bought.

Can I delete a call?

Yes, at any time. If the call had already played out, every point it awarded, to you and to anyone who backed it, is reversed in the ledger.

How and when do I get paid?

Payouts are manual. An admin sets a points-to-token rate, exports unpaid balances, sends tokens from their own wallet and records the transaction signature. Your profile then shows what was paid and links to the transaction on Solscan. Payouts are discretionary and not guaranteed.

What stops someone from gaming it?

You cannot back your own call, each wallet gets one upvote and one buy-through per call, posting and backing are rate-limited, admins can link wallets that belong to the same person so they cannot back each other, and points can be voided before payout.
